September Around The Web
Hello, friends! Fall is upon us and September is already coming to a close. The most exciting part of the month was our trip to Colorado but we also enjoyed our new backyard projector to watch movies with friends, celebrated Dale’s mom’s birthday, and watched my sister’s puppy Kaldi during her engagement photos! Here are a few of my favorite finds around the web this month:
Not only does Krystal always take beautiful photos, I can’t wait to dive into some of her documentary recommendations!
Lovely Micro wedding inspiration
Really fun seeing this living room transformation
Great tips to reduce waste
Have you ever bought antiques from an auction?
Considering purchasing these after watching The Home Edit’s new Netflix show!
My mom tried this cookie recipe and I had to share, so delicious!
Some fun Fall outfit inspiration!
Hoping to try this recipe next month.

March Around The Web
Hello, everyone! I hope you are well, what a strange and sad month March turned out to be! We were lucky to safely make it back from Costa Rica and shortly after that Kansas City went into social distancing full swing. I don’t know what April will bring but I do know that I’m thinking of everyone affected by Covid-19, especially New York City. And as a wife of a doctor I’m really proud of all the amazing health care workers. I especially loved seeing rainbows in Brooklyn as shared by Joanna of Cup of Jo – the three story rainbow window display by Linsey Laidlaw and her kids takes the cake!
Not only is Hallmark giving away 2 million cards to help us all stay connected, but you can download free coloring pages over on Think.Make.Share.!
Being home so much I’m in the mood to DIY! Not sure I have all the materials but I would love to make my own scrunchies.
Another quarantine activity on my list: a flower drawing challenge!
I’m also hoping to start reading more. Loved this book roundup and Carly’s friends’ favorite picks!
If you are feeling up to some Spring cleaning this is a great list (only if you are like me and cleaning usually helps me relax!)
You know I adore pasta, so therefore this guide
One thing I’m really missing is visiting Family Tree Nursery with friends. Might have to start propagating my plants, which might require these beautiful vessels!
And if I get really bored I might get around to cleaning my brass.

December Around The Web
Not only is December coming to a close, so is 2019! This month was filled with a belated Thanksgiving, holiday parties, a fundraiser for Rightfully Sewn, Fusion classes, and all our traditional Christmas celebrations. Unfortunately the month is closing out with a bout of the flu, but I have a feeling this will only accelerate some major New Year’s cleaning and organizing. Here are a few of my favorite finds:
I received this book from my mother-in-law for Christmas! I can’t wait to dive in.
Bookmarking for when I get to return to Paris someday!
Always saving book recommendations
A cute idea for next Christmas
Have you seen the Pantone Color of the Year?
I was lucky to be a part of this poinsettia DIY filming at Hallmark headquarters!
Love Bri’s work for Lightbox
THIS is a laundry room!
January breakfast idea?
Another of my favorite Christmas presents
